廃人黒薔薇族 on November 21, 1995 at 心斎橋BAHAMA

廃人黒薔薇族 (Haijin Kurobarazoku) ("Cripple Black Rose Tribe") was a session band formed in October 1995 by Kisaki. He was joined by Kyo on vocals, #4 and Seine on guitar and Atsushi on drums. They debuted as a 黒夢 (Kuroyume) cover band on November 3, 1995, at 難波ROCKETS. After their debut live, Atsushi seceded and Shinya (ex-Ruby) joined in his stead. With their new drummer, Haijin Kurobarazoku played at least three more lives before disbanding, presumably in December 1995.

The exact date of disbandment isn't clear. A page in Mercure vol. 5 lists two 1996 dates, one on January 30 at 大阪amHALL and a disbandment live some day in February at an unspecified venue. However, a flyer distributed on November 21, 1995, doesn't mention a February date at all. Instead, it teases the disbandment live to take place "somewhere in Osaka" in January. At the live on December 23, a band profile booklet was distributed with each of the band members getting their own page. Kisaki wrote "Haijin Kurobarazoku Final 1995" on his page. Although this doesn't confirm that no further lives took place, a flyer for the PRISM GROWING event on February 15, 1996, apologises for the absence of Haijin Kurobarazoku at the previous event on January 30 at 大阪amHALL.

Considering that La:Sadie's began their activities in January 1996 and Seine had already joined #4 in STELLA MARIA on December 13, 1995, it's most likely that Haijin Kurobarazoku ceased activities after the December 23 live, allowing the band members to focus on their new bands.

Release History

Although Haijin Kurobarazoku didn't release anything, a bootleg DVDr with footage of the band's first live exists. It was apparently made by Kisaki sometime in the 2010s and sold at a revival live in limited numbers. A second variant showed up on Mercari in early 2025. While the version of the DVDr, the font on the cover and other details are different between the two variants, they share the same error in the year being given as 1996 instead of 1995.
