Trivia
- Instead of Arabic digits, the band uses Roman numerals to number the tracks of this album's main disc.
- Following this principle, the title of track 2 is written as THE Ⅲ D EMPIRE on this release.
- Starting with this album, instead of individual credits, the composition and arrangement credits for all songs are unified to "Dir en grey". Individual credits for later songs were sometimes revealed in interviews or liner notes and can be read here.
- Includes a postcard that, when sent in along with entrance tickets from the かすみ single and the 5 Ugly Kingdom VHS/DVD, allowed the sender to participate in a lottery. The prices were a VULGAR LP for 10 people, an original Dir en grey zippo lighter for 30 people and an original Dir en grey patch for 100 people.
- As of August 31, 2022, I have discovered the numbers 5, 49 and up to three unknown numbers. Only two copies have ever been auctioned off since I started this wiki in 2017.
- One copy of the VULGAR LP was used as a bingo price on April 25, 2005, after that day's live on TOUR05 It withers and withers. As the lottery only gave out ten copies, number 49 might have been the one given out in the bingo.
