妄想統覚劇 (Mōsō Tōkakugeki) is Dir En Grey's first music video VHS. It was originally supposed to be released on September 23, 1998, but got postponed to October 7 for unknown reasons.

It consists of four music videos and comes with five cards, each with a picture of one member on one side and the lyrics for one of the four songs on the other side. The fifth card shows the band's line-up instead. The pictures of the band members are different in the fanclub version.
