Trivia
Title
- The kanji 理由 are usually read as "riyū", the kanji for "wake" would be 訳. Both mean "reason".
Lyrics
- Because the lyrics of this song aren't included in The Insulated World album's booklet, they were taken from the original version instead. The only audible differences are the change of the pronoun 僕 (Boku) to 俺 (Ore) and the addition of a new verse at the end of the song:
- 後悔なんてしていない 俺も俺の一つさ (Kōkai nante shite inai Ore mo ore no hitotsu sa) – I don't have any regrets, I too am part of myself after all
- 惨めに後悔を愛するよりはましだろ? (Mijime ni kōkai o aisuru yori wa mashi daro?) – That's better than miserably loving your regrets, isn't it?
- 「君を失くし」 ("Kimi o nakushi") – "I'm losing you"
