The second promotional version, called 「楓」~if trans…~ Mechanism For Leave-Unknown…Despair…a Lost- ~裁きの血舞台~, includes the PV for Unknown…Despair…a Lost and was released on May 5, 1998, during an event with the same name. Unlike the first promotional version, this one came with a cover and the song's lyrics on the back. You can watch it here.

Trivia
- In an interview, Dir En Grey said that they personally folded and packed the boxes. If this includes the regular version as well is unclear. Shinya also said that he cut his finger in the process and blood got on some of the boxes.
- In his book 読弦 弐 (Dokugen Ni), Kaoru revealed that GARDEN was re-recorded for this VHS.
